How to buy our animals: Our animals for sale are available to see in our shop in central Cardiff. We do not allow online checkout with animals as stock can change very quickly if someone buys the animal in store, and because we need to ask you a few questions to make sure this is the right animal for you and you have the correct setup and know how to care for it. To reserve an animal, please visit us in store, call, leave a Facebook message or email. You will need to be over 18 to purchase an animal, so please don’t be offended if we ask for identification. If you’re under 18, you’ll need to bring a parent/guardian with you. We will ask some questions that we ask everyone and in most cases will also ask to see a photo of your setup just to double check it’s suitable, so make sure you know the length, depth and height of your enclosure, as well as what heating and lighting it has (basking & UVB). If you already know the temperatures the enclosure gets that would be great too! You will be required to leave a name, address and telephone number when you purchase an animal for our records.

Delivery: We offer free local delivery in Cardiff, Barry, Penarth and Dinas Powys when spending over £100. Delivery within 100 miles of the shop is available and we can give you a quote but need a postcode to do so. We can help you arrange UK wide delivery via licensed reptile courier and will hold an animal if paid for until a courier is available. Courier costs generally range between £50-70.
