Large Snake Setup (72 x 24 x 24″)

This setup is suitable for the majority of snake species, by switching out the substrate and ensuring that your ceramic heating is set to the appropriate temperature and choosing the wattage bulb that you would most like to have. It is ideal for adult corn snakes, royal pythons, many species of colubrid, as well as rainbow boas, other large species of boa and python.

If you need more than two foot of height for an arboreal species then we can provide a tailored setup in our arboreal vivariums. We can also provide a similar setup in a 72x24x24″ vivarium for adult boa constrictors or very large snakes. 72x24x24″ Snake Setup – Silver – £380

The silver package comes with a ceramic heater and cage guard to protect your snake. Heating with a ceramic is more efficient and can maintain higher temperatures, as well as allowing for burrowing without risking the heat mat being slept on (or under!). Heating from above mimics the way they receive heat in nature, heating the air and surface rather than heating from below. It’s a very inexpensive upgrade from the bronze package so we highly recommend it.

72x24x24″ Snake Setup – Gold – £460

The gold package adds low level UVB to the mix. UVB has been proven to increase health, appetite and colours. It will encourage your snake to come out more when the lights are on. It also upgrades to a digital thermometer for more accurate readings.
