How to rehome an animal: Rehomes or rescues are animals that were surrendered to us either by the owner, by the RSPCA, local council, police, or escaped reptiles found living wild. Sometimes we have history on these animals but very frequently we do not know anything about their age or health other than what we can visually tell. Sometimes these animals are in poor health condition and may need many months or rehabilitation with us, whilst others are healthy and can go straight to a new home after a period of quarantine. Regardless of the species or the history of the animal, rehomes have a £50 rehoming fee. Reptile Cymru is not a charity, we do not receive any funding or any other donations to help with the veterinary fees, food, heating and enclosure costs etc.
Delivery: We offer free local delivery in Cardiff, Barry, Penarth and Dinas Powys. Delivery within 100 miles of the shop is available and we can give you a quote but need a postcode to do so. We can help you arrange UK wide delivery via licensed reptile courier and will hold an animal if paid for until a courier is available.
Contact us: The quickest way is to visit us in store 7 days a week, drop us a Facebook message, or we can be emailed or phoned on 02920 190291.
